What is the real issue? What has caused this issue? How can we solve it? What outcome are we hoping for? What is your objective? Which solution is most appropriate? Act on your solution. It won’t always work. If it doesn’t – try others. Evaluate and reflect. Is the issue solved or partially resolved?
Was the resolution strategy useful? Can it be repeated? If not, go back and relook the issue and its alternate solutions.
